This month join Harmony Movement for the #StayWellWithHarmony social media campaign promoting positive mental health and well-being for youth, educators, and everyone!

Join us for weekly challenges and improve your mental health and general sense of wellbeing.

Participate as an individual! Post pictures, resources, or share ideas on social media using the hashtag #StayWellWithHarmony and post on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Participate as a class! Print off the Well-Being Workbook for your students and each week have your class take the challenge and learn mental health and well-being benefits.  This actionable program ties in well with the curriculum expectations for Health and Physical Education curriculum.
