Key Highlights:
Educators Anti-Racism Conferences: Over 375 educators participated in two conferences (virtual and in-person), focused on cultivating mental well-being and building inclusive school environments.
Youth Empowerment: Engaged 1,456 youth through programs that foster belonging and leadership. 85% of participants felt comfortable discussing equity, and 82% felt motivated to create change.
Words Matter Campaign: Addressing harmful language in schools with the support of 50 schools and 19 school boards, equipping communities to intervene and foster respect.
Workplace Programs: Partnered with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ontario to deliver equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) training, resulting in tangible shifts in hiring practices and organizational culture.
Financial Growth: Doubling revenue from $125K to $250K, a testament to the value of our programs, even as we navigate sustainability challenges.
